A short introduction time, intelligent rights-management for editors, automatic image manipulation, etc. make TYPO3 an extremely low-maintenance tool.
In a 2003 study, the Austrian Federal Ministry for Education, Science and Culture (bm:bwk) gave a clear recommendation for TYPO3. After analyzing approximately 300 content management systems, TYPO3 was confirmed as having special suitability for educational institutions.
